What Canceled stores

For the web-connected version, Canceled stores your sign-in identity, display name, verified email when supplied, the plans you explicitly track, and your own Keep or Cancel choice. Your friend receives the shared plan status and their own choice, never your unmatched choice.

Calendar stays optional

Browsing calendars happens on your phone. Only details of an event you explicitly choose to track are shared. Joining Canceled does not send a calendar RSVP.

Services and reminders

Cloudflare hosts the web-connected service. Apple or Google verifies your sign-in. Resend delivers email reminders only when you enable them. Device tokens are used for app notifications. We do not use advertising trackers.

Demo and the earlier beta

The interactive web example stays in your browser. The earlier CloudKit beta is separate: its choices are hidden in the app interface but stored in shared iCloud records accessible to participants. Existing CloudKit plans are not automatically moved to the web-connected service.
